T-Shirt Weights

T-shirts come in several different weights, the heaviest being 6.1 ounce to as low as 3.5ounce. The majority of what we sale is the 6.1 ounce but we are seeing an increase in the demand for a lighter shirt. Try one of our light weight tees and see which you prefer.

100% Cotton

100% Cotton tees are not all the same-There is ring-spun cotton and open-weave cotton. Ring-spun is the softest and most comfortable, but more expensive. Open-weave is the most common shirt we sell and more affordable. If you are buying one shirt for yourself, you would probably buy a ring-spun but customers with larger orders generally buy open-weave. Both come in a variety of weights and colors.

50/50 Blend

50% cotton 50% polyester tees aren't as printer freindly as 100% cotton. While many people like 50/50 blend shirts, most buy 100% cotton. We recommend 100% cotton to customers because 50/50 requires a thicker ink and the colors have a tendancy to bleed more. 50/50 are wrinkle free and like 100% cotton they come in a variety of colors and sizes. We have several customers that prefer 50/50 and have had no complaints pertaining to the print quality. Please call us or visit the link below for more info.
